About
A quiet place to untangle your mind
Everyone has thoughts that loop — the worry at 2 a.m., the conversation replayed for the tenth time, the to-do list that feels like a wall. This Is My Mind was built to give those thoughts somewhere to go.
Inspired by the Serenity Prayer
“Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.” That idea is the heart of the tool. When you write down a tangled thought, it is gently sorted into three parts:
- In your control — the parts you can actually act on.
- Out of your control — the parts you can practise letting go of.
- Next small move — one simple, doable step forward.
Private by design
What you type to untangle is never saved. It exists only while your page is open and is cleared when you leave or press “Clear & Leave”. Responses are written in English.
The Collective
After untangling, you may choose to release one short, anonymous takeaway to the Collective — a public stream of encouraging lines from other people working through their own minds. Visitors can heart the lines that resonate. Every line is screened before it appears, and lines the community downvotes are hidden.
Not a substitute for care
This Is My Mind is a reflection tool, not therapy or medical advice. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your area right away.
